Here is the website: https://ainvaresart.com/products/art-print-the-step-of-faith-2-corinthians-5-7 I am NOT receiving a commission for this information. I simply appreciate his way of illustrating what it is like to take a step of faith.
There is something always pulling you back…attempting to stop your ability to move forward.
Zig Ziglar once said, “Most of the problems in life are because of two reasons: we act without thinking or we keep thinking without acting.” .
The mist that is wrapping itself around her leg is very symbolic to me. What have you been thinking about doing…and then thinking some more about it, but feeling like you can not actually take action on it?
That is what was happening with this virtual camp. I had the idea about the middle of June. I thought about it. I even asked a few of your leaders about it. But in my mind I always saw it as something in the future.
Then one Sunday morning, about two weeks ago I heard these words in my mind; “What are you waiting for?” I opened my computer and got busy creating. Everything seemed to flow. When I would run into a problem that I did not know how to do (example: the clicking on the individual pictures on the map) I was guided to know where to look for the answer. The answer didn’t come immediately. But, as I continued to search and listen to the thoughts that came to me…I was guided to do something that I had no idea that I could actually accomplish. I knew the Lord wanted this done…and I was willing to act and do it.
What action do you need to be taking right now? Grab your journal and set a date that you will do more than think about it.
